It all begins with a heist.

We searched high and low for the best fried chicken in Seattle so we could make a sandwich. Heck, we even tried a few of our own recipes. Ultimately, we realized nothing compared to the juicy perfect crunch of Seattle Biscuit Company’s fried bird. So then we got serious. We knew our only hope was stealing Chef Sam’s secret recipe. While we won’t bore you with details (nor do we want to implicate ourselves more than we already have), we stole the recipe in its entirety. We also managed to get a key to his restaurant. So, we’re gonna run this little pop-up with the best darn fried chicken Sammies in town until we get caught by Chef.

Get these while you can. We could very easily be sold out or closed up and moved to Mississippi tomorrow. There’s just no tellin’ these days.
